Hi, I'm Maggie Zhou (she/her).

I keep a blog and cowrite a cooking journal with my partner.

I helped start and organize !!Con as well as !!Con West. I sing shape note hymns with Bay Area Sacred Harp and for a time volunteered with SF's teaching garden, Garden for the Environment. I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to parents who moved to Canada from China in 1985. Before settling in Berkeley, California, I lived in San Francisco, Brooklyn, North Carolina, Ottawa, and a few other places.
